Comedian Frank Caliendo joined The Dave Pasch Podcast on Thursday and was provided with a challenge.
Pasch provided the transcriptions of several highlight plays from the Arizona Cardinals’ 37-20 win on Sunday over the Los Angeles Rams.
But Pasch also provided a famous character for the comedian to impersonate at different points in the play-call. The results were glorious.
This is what happens when you give @FrankCaliendo transcriptions of @DavePasch and @wolf987FM’s calls from the @AZCardinals win over the Rams. #PaschPod 😂 pic.twitter.com/Z74o24GfEE

Caliendo mimicked the voices of Robert Downey Jr., Al Pacino, Ron Wolfley, Shaquille O’Neal, Bruce Arians, Jack Nicholson, Tracy Morgan, Morgan Freeman and Liam Neeson among other sports analysts.
The comedian is known for some of his spot-on impersonations that include Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden.
The Downey Jr. and Pacino impersonations start the video with a version of cornerback Byron Murphy’s interception in the first quarter. Caliendo follows it up with Wolf’s color commentary of the same play.
Caliendo is a Valley resident, who is familiar with the Arizona sports scene and loves to mimic some local personalities, such as Wolfley. He’s also a known prankster who at least once has targeted Cardinals GM Steve Keim.
