“Thank you for all the well wishes and the prayers from everyone,” Baker said. “I appreciate you guys. Everything came out clean. I’m going to make a full recovery, so definitely blessed.
“I’m excited to get out of this hospital and get back to Arizona. I haven’t been able to shower. I stink still. And just ready to get back home and be with my family. Love you guys. Appreciate all y’all always sending love.”
Baker stayed overnight at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for continued evaluation, imaging and testing, the Cardinals announced on Tuesday.
He was cleared by physicians at the hospital and released Tuesday morning in order to make his way back to Arizona.
Baker was carted off the field during the third quarter of the Cardinals’ 34-11 Wild Card round loss to Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Monday night.
The safety suffered a concussion while tackling Rams running back Cam Akers in the third quarter, which resulted in a nasty collision.

Baker was alert and communicative, was able to move all of his extremities and never lost feeling, the Cardinals said.
The Rams, wide receiver Cooper Kupp and Akers all offered their prayers and well wishes for the Cardinals All-Pro safety after the game.
Prayers up for Budda Baker. 🙏
