The Arizona Cardinals made a plethora of roster moves on Saturday ahead of Week 6’s NFC West matchup against the Seahawks in Seattle.

The team announced that it has released linebacker Devon Kennard and activated backup QB Colt McCoy (calf) from the injured reserve list.

Arizona also elevated running back Corey Clement and wide receiver Javon Wims to the active roster from the practice squad.

Kennard took to Twitter to post a farewell message:

This marks the second time the Cardinals have cut Kennard this year after doing so at the end of training camp before re-signing him to the practice squad.

In five games for Arizona this season, the 31-year-old Valley native has three tackles (one solo) and one QB hit while playing in 30% of the defensive snaps.

Clement, 27, was signed to the Cardinals practice squad on Tuesday.

The 5-foot-10, 220-pound sixth-year pro will serve in the backfield along with former Arizona State Sun Devil Eno Benjamin and rookie sixth-round pick Keaontay Ingram on Sunday at Lumin Field.

Arizona is without running backs James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee), who were ruled out on Friday due to injuries suffered in the Cardinals’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last week.
