Chargers-Cardinals injury report: Murphy Jr. out, Murray to be active

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray said Wednesday he should be good to play Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, and with that, he was listed as a full participant in practice for the second straight day on Thursday.
Head coach Kliff Kingsbury continued that optimism Friday, saying it looks like Murray will return after missing two games.
Kingsbury, though, had more dubious news, ruling cornerback Byron Murphy Jr. and left tackle D.J. Humphries out.
The Cardinals practiced on Thanksgiving but only offensive lineman Max Garcia and linebacker Trysten Hill’s statuses changed, going from limited participants in Wednesday’s walkthrough to full on Thursday.
Players listed as non-participants were receivers Rondale Moore (groin) and Greg Dortch (thumb), Humphries (back), tight end Zach Ertz (knee), Murphy (back) and safety Charles Washington (chest). Ertz is expected to be out indefinitely but has yet to go on injured reserve.
Dortch will be a game-day decision. Moore was ruled out earlier this week.
