Former Adidas marketing manager and USC staff member Anthony Coleman has been hired as an assistant coach of ASU basketball, the team officially announced Wednesday.
Like Bobby Hurley's hire of Anthony Coleman. Has been in adidas grassroots & has close connection to AAU programs & players.

The assistant coaching position had been open since Brian Merritt was dismissed in April.
Coleman joins head coach and former NBA point guard Bobby Hurley at ASU. Coleman played at Xavier and Long Beach State before playing overseas.
“Anthony comes to Arizona State highly recommended from people that I really respect,” Hurley said in a statement from ASU. “He’s played at a really high level in college and played professionally overseas. … He can help our front court players get better.”
After his playing days, Coleman worked as director of basketball operations and player development coordinator at USC. He’s since worked for Adidas.
