Every day, ArizonaSports.com asks its readers a question. It’s the Sanderson Ford Poll Question of the Day, and it can be found midway down the right side of our home page.
Over the weekend, we asked who the MVP was for ASU in the Devils’ 19-16 overtime victory over Utah Saturday.
With 490 votes cast, the answer was clear: kicker Zane Gonazalez.
Gonzalez made four of five field goal attempts, including the game-winner from 36 yards out in OT.
He also connected from 20, 30 and 45 yards in the win.
Coming in second was receiver Jaelen Strong, who caught five passes for 77 yards and a touchdown, followed by running back Demario Richard and QB Taylor Kelly.
