With Erin Andrews moving on to Fox, Samantha Steele’s role on ESPN’s College Football broadcasts has grown — and many are taking notice.
Two SEC quarterbacks, Tennessee’s Tyler Bray and Georgia’s Aaron Murray are in that category.
Steele, a Phoenix native and Central High School grad, was in Knoxville to interview Bray leading up to the Vols’ game against Florida on Saturday. Bray let the world know about via Twitter:
After practice got to meet @samantha_steele. Been a good day so far.

Which got this response from Bray’s conference rival.
“@tbrayvol8: After practice got to meet @samantha_steele. Been a good day so far.” maybe a little jealous over here
— Aaron Murray (@aaronmurray11) September 11, 2012
And that of course was followed by Bray possibly rubbing it in Murray’s face.
@aaronmurray11 haha gorgeous

We at the Haboob Blog can’t say we disagree with the gloating or jealousy…we’re big fans of Steele as well.
