Second-year pro Zane Gonzalez kicked a 44-yard field goal with 1:45 left, giving the Arizona Cardinals a go-ahead score over the Green Bay Packers.

The game-winner led Arizona a 20-17 victory over the Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday.

Packers kicker Mason Crosby missed a 49-yard attempt as time expired.

Gonzalez also made a 44-yard field goal despite gusty and cold conditions and hit two extra point tries.

“It’s amazing,” Gonzalez said, per AZCardinals.com. “Especially for this team and this organization. The way they let me come here, open arms.

“In warm-ups and halftime, me and Mason were out there kicking balls, trying to figure out where the balls were going. It was swirling at different points. It was a tough one.”

The performance came in Gonzalez’s first game appearance with the Cardinals after he was elevated from the practice squad on Monday as Arizona placed veteran Phil Dawson on the injured reserve list.

Gonzalez played all four years of his college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils and hit a career 82.8 percent of his field goal tries, including 92.0 percent his senior year. He also was 97.6 percent on extra point attempts. He won the 2016 Lou Groza Award, given to the top placekicker in college football, and finished his career as the all-time FBS leader in field goals made and points by a kicker.
