Michigan State is known for their classic dark green uniforms worn on game day.
Why change it, right?
Well, there has been a “tweak” to their alternate uniforms for the upcoming college football season.
The Spartans will be adding a lime green color to the lettering and pants of the uniform, similar to a look debuted by the men’s basketball team in 2016.
Not only that, but instead of putting “Michigan State” on the front, it will now read as “STATE.”

It’s unknown when the team will debut them on the field, but people were not having it on Twitter as reactions to the new alternate uniforms came rolling in.
