Arizona State football’s next matchup against Southern California is set for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff Saturday, Nov. 6, from Sun Devil Stadium.

It will broadcast on the radio at 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station and on television for ESPN.

ASU has lost two straight games against the Trojans. Its last victory in this matchup was on the road in 2018, head coach Herm Edwards’ first season in charge.

The Sun Devils were in control last year against USC in Los Angeles, but the Trojans came back from down 13 points in the final three minutes to steal a victory.

This matchup will be critical for Arizona State after it fell to Washington State 34-21 Saturday.

Utah, which beat ASU three weeks ago, defeated UCLA to take sole possession of first place in the Pac-12 South Saturday night.

The Utes take on the struggling Stanford Cardinal this week in California.

ASU is 5-3 this season, 3-2 in conference play. Utah is 4-1 in its Pac-12 games.

The Trojans are not far behind ASU at 3-3.

They held onto to a 41-34 victory over Arizona Saturday after leading by 21 at halftime. They had previously lost two-straight games.
