Arizona State to debut new HBE uniforms Thursday vs. Oregon

Arizona State will debut its new Honoring Black Excellence uniforms on Thursday at Desert Financial Arena against the Oregon Ducks.

The uniforms pay homage to the traditional gold jerseys and shorts with maroon trim at the bottom of the shorts.

The side of the jersey shows a few different colors that are reminiscent of Arizona geography with a flower pattern in honor of Black History Month.
On the front of the uniform, Arizona State will also also be printed with a similar color scheme and flower pattern.

This is the second new jersey the Sun Devils have rolled out this calendar year as the team honored the 1961-62 team with Reverse Retro jerseys in January.
With a win at home on Thursday, the Sun Devils can push their home record to 6-6 despite being 8-15 heading into the contest.
The Sun Devils are set to take on the Ducks at 7 p.m. Catch all the action on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
