Created by Riddell, the new helmets will be mostly gold, with maroon accents and logos.
A maroon Sun Devils pitchfork will be sported on both sides of the helmet, while the entire facemask will be gold.
“PT 42” will continue to be displayed on the front side to honor the late ASU legend Pat Tillman.
And on the back of the helmet, “Sun Devils” will continue to be displayed.
Head coach Herm Edwards and Co. will look to use their new-look lids to turn a new leaf on the field next season.
The Sun Devils will also have a lot of new faces both on the coaching staff in addition to those who will actually be donning the new helmets.
Arizona State will have a new offensive and defensive coordinator, as well as a new starting quarterback, running back and cornerbacks in 2022 — just to name a few.
